In the realm of luxury events, the process of venue finding is an art form in itself. It transcends the conventional search for suitable locations; it’s about discovering exclusive, awe-inspiring spaces that reflect the unique vision of the event. Venue finding is a meticulous process that demands an intimate understanding of the client’s preferences, an extensive network to secure coveted locations, and a keen eye for detail to ensure every facet of the venue aligns seamlessly with the overall event theme and atmosphere. The final process is navigating the contract phase ensuring that the client is receiving the best possible conditions, with our experience in hospitality, leaving no stone unturned.
Act as a direct point of contact between the event planner and the client, ensuring seamless communication while mirroring the planners values and vision.
Facilitate communication and coordination with various vendors, including venues, catering services, florists, and entertainment providers together with the less glamourous service providers for example luxury bathrooms, generators and Audio/Visual partners. We can help negotiate contracts, gather quotes, and ensure that all vendors are aligned with the event vision.
Play a crucial role during the event day by managing on-site logistics, overseeing set-up and breakdown, and handling any unforeseen issues that may arise. This allows the planner to focus on the overall event experience rather than getting tied up with day-of details.
Act as a troubleshooter, addressing any challenges or issues that may emerge during the planning process, or the day off. Using problem- solving skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless event execution.
Assist the event planner in managing their time more effectively by handling routine tasks. This allows the event planner to focus on strategic planning and creative aspects of the event.
Conduct post-event follow-up activities, ensuring the completion of any tasks. By collaborating closely with an Event Concierge, an event planner can benefit from streamlined operations, enhanced client satisfaction, and the ability to focus on the creative and strategic aspects of event planning. The synergy between an event planner and an Event Concierge can elevate the overall quality of the events they produce.

In 2007, Aldo followed the call of his Puglian roots and decided to return to Europe to devote himself to the family business that had developed in the meantime. Splitting his time and efforts between London and Puglia, he embarked on the most ambitious family venture: Borgo Egnazia, an innovative destination that has gradually been changing the face of travel and wellbeing in a previously undiscovered region. 
Officially the first Events Director of Borgo Egnazia, Aldo worked closely with Marcella and the team to build an office that was much more than a classic Banqueting office, instilling passion and an uncanny eye for detail he opened up the pathway to creating memorable and seamless events.
Under Aldo’s watchful eye, the Events team not only executed flawless events but also curated immersive experiences that left a lasting impression on guests. He pioneered the concept of blending tradition with international events. Today, Aldo is also Vice President with responsibility for the hospitality area of Altagamma while also launching the Egnazia group: supporting the development of territories and people through an innovative vision of hospitality.
